Lee Ann Frahm is currently a Manager at Waterbar and runs the front of house staff, including a service staff of over 35 servers and bartenders.  Her responsibilities include scheduling, annual reviews, hiring and training of staff on a weekly basis, conducting seminars, planning educational field trips, managing the lively, busy dining room, bar and patio of the restaurant with an ever-changing menu.  She has also passed the Introductory Sommelier Exam last May in Napa.

Lee Ann started her restaurant career in 2002 as a part-time bartender at a neighborhood family-owned Irish bar in New York City, while working full-time as a retail buyer at Bloomingdales.  She left Bloomingdales to pursue the restaurant business full-time in 2010 and has since managed the opening of two restaurants, Edison Place of Queens NY and Baci Café of Danville CA.  She made her way to San Francisco in 2014 and assumed her current role of Manager at Waterbar.

In addition to her responsibilities at Waterbar, Lee Ann also has a chalk art business that she does artwork for local bars and restaurants, as well as specialty boards for families, newborn announcements and weddings.
