Plan Your Special Event or Private Dining Experience

GENERAL POLICIES
We accept reservation requests for private dining and special events ten (10) or more days in advance for twelve (12) or more persons.

  • Food & Beverage Minimum and Room Rental pricing varies based on date and availability.

  • We require a single party to be responsible for the minimum and final bill. We cannot do separate checks for each guest individually.

  • A 20% Service Fee, 4% SF Healthy Mandate, and 8.5% SF Sales Tax will be applied to the final bill.

  • Each reservation is allotted four (4) hours -- this includes set up and break down. Should your reservation last longer than contracted, or outside of Mersea’s normal business hours of operation, a fee of $100 per 30 minutes shall be added to your bill. We are open Mon-Fri: 11am - 9pm and Sat-Sun: 9am - 9pm.

  • A guaranteed guest count and food/beverage menu items are required seven (7) business days prior to your reservation date. Guest count and menu changes after this date may incur a penalty/fee.

Executive Chef & Co-Founder, Parke Ulrich (Executive Chef & Owner, Waterbar / Partner & Executive Chef, EPIC Steak), has developed a special Private Dining & Special Event Menu that bridges the gap between classic comfort snack-bar beach fare and traditional fine dining. From Little Bites and Appetizers to price-fixed meals and desserts, Chef Parke's menu features sustainability sourced, local, and seasonal selections that aim to please everyone.
